The Neurosurgical Spine Service at Brigham and Women's Hospital features a multidisciplinary team of specialists covering all aspects of spine care. Our spine surgeons work with colleagues in physical medicine, neurology, pain management, and other specialties to diagnose your problem and determine the best course of treatment. If surgery is required, we can call on our expertise in a wide range of surgical procedures, including:

  • Minimally invasive spine surgery
  • Arthroplasty (motion-preserving surgery) for joint reconstruction or replacement
  • Complex spinal reconstruction
  • Removal of spinal cord tumors
